- Receipt images or PDFs you upload
2. How We Use Your Data
- Authenticate you and protect your instrument records

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
3. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on managed cloud infrastructure located in the United States. Uploaded receipts are access-restricted and served only to authorized users. All data is encrypted in transit.
4. Cookies
HornLog uses only functional cookies required for authentication:
- Session cookies — keep you signed in and verify access to your instruments
- Account cookie — remembers which instruments you own so the interface can show them
We do not use analytics, advertising, or tracking cookies.
5. Data Retention & Deletion
Your data is retained as long as your account exists. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us at hello@hornlog.com or via our contact form. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

7. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of reputable service providers to operate HornLog:

Each provider processes data under their own privacy policies and data-processing agreements.
